15 FOOT CHEESE COOLER

Provigo Le Marché is the big box division of Canada's largest grocery chain: Loblaw Companies Limited.  With new competition from Walmart, a plan to emphasise local foods was put into place. This included an expanded range of Québec products, including hundreds of fresh and grocery products from the Eastern Townships growers and food businesses. In addition to many varieties of organic produce and sustainable seafood, this store offers several innovative products, including Quebecs award winning cheeses.

These amazing 15 foot high cheese refrigerators were specifically designed and built to showcase these walls of cheese featuring over 300 Québec cheeses. This is an exclusive product for the chain store concept Provigo LeMarché. There are different heights of fridges from 8 'to 15' depending on the location. These fridges have a dual function: one part to store refrigerated cheese wheels and another portion that is controlled room temperature to expose decorative cheeses.
