This project is unique in the complexity of the private box section, 22’ above grade terraces with only 5’ clear space between each level, which required adjustable legs as well as custom built “skybox” type anchors which are complex anchors connecting to the ground. This permits more viewing boxes all on one level regardless of the ground topography underneath. There flexibility permits reusing the structure in different locations with minimal deterioration of the components from repeated handling.
